Though Benedict Cumberbatch made a decision to forego the smoke and hologram-filled entrance he used during yesterday’s Doctor Strange panel, his appearance on stage for the Sherlock panel was still met with a predictable level of joy from his many fans. But, finally, there’s a trailer for the new season. She said that the show’s shooting schedule would be somewhat delayed due to Benedict Cumberbatch’s growing popularity but that the series would be returning.
And, judging from this newest trailer, it looks like the return has been worth all of our waits. One thing for sure, there’s going to be a lot going on in 221B Baker Street! A voice-over can be heard of the detective saying, “Something is coming”. We just have to sit tight to know the exact date.
Fans are also treated to some new faces, particularly that of the series’ newest baddie. “Everyone they know is under threat”. The Setlockers have seen Andrew Scott filming and we also get a glimpse of him in the trailer.
