Shia LaBeouf has been arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after a freaky incident in Texas, it was reported.

Witnesses posted pictures and videos of the 28-year-old apparently in handcuffs and he was led away by police.
A witness said that they believed Shia was very intoxicated or on drugs when he ran down the street and jaywalked in front of police.
In 2005, LaBeouf became involved in an altercation with a neighbor that resulted in his arrest on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.
When he refused and became belligerent, they slapped the cuffs on him and took him into custody.

The second weekend of the Austin City Limits music festival is going on this weekend, though it’s unclear if LaBeouf was attending. He had a similar situation in NYC a year ago, where he was arrested after acting insane at a Broadway play.
