Shocking footage of police shooting dead unarmed teenager Dylan Noble
Body camera footage from the Fresno police department captures the shooting of Dylan Noble, 19, who was killed after a traffic stop when police believed he was armed.

“We have a great of deal of community unrest in our city as well as other cities”, said Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer.
Image from officer’s body camera shows Dylan Noble, 19, on the ground after he is shot by Fresno, California police officers.
At one point, Noble mentions how he hates his life but refuses to meet the officers’ demands.
One day later, during a traffic stop in Minnesota, an officer killed Philando Castile, who told the officer that he had a gun and a permit to carry it, according to his girlfriend, who was sat in the passenger seat. Noble continues to reach toward his waist before he is shot two more times.
Police Chief Jerry Dyer says it turned out Noble was unarmed and had only a small, empty plastic container with an unknown objective in his hand. “This is not a time to become violent”. As Noble was lying on the ground, two officers instructed him to keep his hands up.
One of the officers warns Noble that he will shoot if the man does not drop whatever he has in his hand and lie face-down on the ground.
After several seconds the same officer fires one more shot, then seconds later a third officer approaches with a shotgun and fires the fourth and final shot. He later screams, “Let me see both your hands….”
Noble gets out of the truck and walks away from officers, at first putting both hands in the air.
“I, too, have questions about the last two rounds that were fired”, Dyer said.
The video shows law enforcement yelling at Noble to show both hands as he sits in his pickup truck with the door wide open.
The incident is now being investigated by Fresno County district attorney’s office. Although being ordered not to reach under his shirt or he would be shot again, the teenager did so, and was eventually shot again.
Dyer, who has asked the FBI do its own investigation into the shooting, said he has yet to conclude if officers used excessive force.
The release of the video of the shooting on June 25, which was initially delayed as police investigated, comes at at a particularly thorny time. Sterling, like Noble, refused to comply with police instructions, which led to officers getting into a wrestling match with him and ultimately using deadly force. Now that the footage has been released, the parents of Noble are speaking out. He ultimately gets out of the truck with his left hand clearly visible and his right at his side.
“I do not have the answer for that today”, Dyer told reporters in the central California city of 520,000 people.

But there were still many unanswered questions, he said at the news conference Wednesday. Finally, Noble puts a hand behind his back and is fatally shot four times.
