‘Yes, ‘ Shonda said after a long pause but then declined to say who she killed, ‘and I’m not naming names’. Fans have been going insane making an attempt to work out who the actor might have been. Wilmore straight up asked her if she had ever killed off any characters just because she disliked the actors portraying the part.
Producer Shonda Rhimes tweeted out something Star Wars is coming during ABC’s “TGIT” block (Thank God Its Thursday), which consists of Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal and How to Get Away with Murder. “Don’t even think about lying”, Wilmore asked Rhimes, who is promoting her new book, Year of Yes.
The creator of “Private Practice”, a spin-off of the medical TV drama “Grey’s Anatomy“, declined to engage in any scandalous speculation about who the actor or actors were. “Grey’s Anatomy” has had several characters that were killed off. Those include Patrick Dempsey’s Derek Shepherd, Eric Dane’s Mark Sloane, Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s Denny Duquette, T.R. Knight’s George O’Malley, and Chyler Leigh’s Lexie Grey, Lexie.
During TCAs, Rhimes said that killing off McDreamy wasn’t an easy choice.
Rhimes also spoke about writing her book, Year of Yes, and how she essentially did it for herself.
