Shots Fired at Wisconsin Mall, 1 Person Wounded, Police Say

A 19-year-old man was shot in the leg during a dispute that turned violent inside the mall Saturday.

A man who witnessed the shooting tells WKOW it appears a man was shot inside the mall and he saw first responders doing CPR.
