Sigh… Paul Pogba saga set to drag on
Taking the media’s coverage in his stride, Pogba joked on Instagram about recent reports placing him in California to undergo a medical, a story various publications thought to be true.

After weeks of negotiations, United have agreed a huge fee for the Juventus star to complete Jose Mourinho’s summer spending spree.
His on/off/on/off move to Manchester United is, well, on and off every two minutes. With this evaluation now believed to have been completed, the Daily Mail suggests that the 23-year-old has agreed to sign a five-year contract with United worth £290,000-a-week.
No agreement has been reached between Juventus and Manchester United over the transfer of Paul Pogba, according to the player’s agent, Mino Raiola. Juventus are said to be set to pay £4m to the agent.
As he continues his enduring holiday in America, an image has appeared showing Pogba at Universal Studios next to a red carpet that is of a very similar colour to Manchester United’s home shirts.
This follows the news that Pogba had flown to Los Angeles from Miami for his medical on Thursday evening.
The add-ons will include a bonus to Juventus should he renew his contract at United and another should he win the Ballon d’Or.
The news is likely to surprise some United fans after Sir Alex criticised Pogba’s agent in his book Leading.
Reports claim the midfielder, who turns 32 next week, will be the highest-profile victim of Mourinho’s summer clear-out a little more than a year after he joined from Bayern Munich.

Pogba’s transfer will dwarf the £85m Real paid Tottenham for Welsh wizard Gareth Bale in 2013.
