USA gymnast Aly Raisman, who took second place behind Biles in both the all-around competition and the individual floor exercise, snapped her own pics with her “silver medal squad” behind the scenes of the closing ceremonies.

The Olympic flame was extinguished and the party within the stadium began full-on as the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro came to an end. In 1936, Alfred Jochim led the US delegation.

Biles leads the pack with three gold and one bronze in the solo events, followed by Raisman with two silvers and Hernandez and Kocian with one silver.

Biles has had company celebrating – she says that in Rio, she had around 40 family members cheering her on. Biles, who leaves Rio with five medals, was voted as the flag bearer by the rest of the USA athletes.

As for her plans after Rio, Biles isn’t ruling out trying to return to the Olympic team for Tokyo’s 2020 Summer Games. Her ability in the gymnastics field appeared unparalleled at times and one of the signature moves from her floor routine has already been nicknamed “The Biles”.

The closing ceremony ended two weeks of fabulous performances by USA athletes.

“So I’m a little anxious about that part, but I think they’ll guide me through it”.
