Singer Confirms Who ‘Bad Blood’ Is Really About — Taylor Swift News

GQ’s Chuck Klosterman asked Swift about a ton of things, including what she’d be doing if she wasn’t famous.

‘The fact that I’ve never confirmed who those songs are about makes me feel like there is still one card I’m holding’. “I’m not confident about a lot of other aspects of my life, but I know how to write a song”.

“So I would feel a little odd complaining about how it’s covered”, Swift said.

It was actually damaging. Don’t think for a second that every publisher of young-adult books isn’t scrambling to get a copy of A Girl Named Girl as you read this. It’s fine, right?’ Nope. But I see what is occurring and check in. “In 2015, that stuff does matter”. There is such a thing as having enough.

Move along folks, nothing to see here. I have had it occur before. For her part, Perry let it be known that she felt bullied when the video debuted at the Billboard Music Awards. Look when she wins, how annoying she’s.

The lyrics of the song goes as, “Now we’ve got problems/ And I don’t think we can solve ’em/ You made a really deep cut/ Baby, Now W Got Bad Blood”. “She’s boy-crazy. She’s a problematic person.’ It will probably be something else again this year”. But things took a dark turn as Taylor and Katy’s careers continue to bloom and they copied from each other’s world tours. Offensive. It is possible to be inadvertently successful for 3 or 4 years. Taylor insists she hasn’t publicly revealed who the song is about, but wants to make it clear it doesn’t refer to her love life.

She’s always so PC, that Swift. “I just needed to divert them away from the easiest target”, she admits. Tune in to the tune. ‘It doesn’t point to any one person or any one situation. But if you’d listened to my previous four albums, you would think this was about a guy who broke my heart. And nothing may be farther from the reality.

But Swift didn’t just say that “Bad Blood” was simply about a losing a friend in the now-infamous Rolling Stone interview.

Huge quantities of men and women. After the show, it’s 30 or 40 more people. “It was just hard for me to have friends”. “I’m around people so much”. That is so much societal stimulus.

“People get skeptical”, Klosterman wrote of Swift’s squad.

All she says is that she doesn’t like to name names, and she wanted to stop people from thinking that it was another breakup song. That is where the distress came from.

Beyond Swift, it should be noted that this week will basically go down in #history as the Week of Really Quite Good Author-On-Celebrity Interviews: This GQ profile comes but a mere three days after Miranda July penned a heartfelt essay about her recent interview with Rihanna for the New York Times.
