Authorities announced late Monday that all six people aboard had been found and their bodies handed over the coroner’s office.
The conditions were excellent when the plane crashed on Sunday, they added.
The pilot involved is said to have 6,000 hours of flying experience and had worked for Air Saguenay for 14 years.
The Canadian Forces Base in Halifax dispatched a Cormorant helicopter and sent in people by parachute.
‘At first glance, the weather conditions are not at all the cause, that is clear’.
The Foreign Office said it was “urgently working with local authorities to establish the identities of those on board”. “It’s very hard for the Air Saguenay team”.
One other passenger died in the crash, bringing the total number of victims to six.
The wreckage of a de Havilland Beaver float plane which crashed August 23, 2015, in a remote area near Les Bergeronnes, Quebec, is seen in a photo from the Transportation Safety Board of Canada released August 24, 2015.
Police say they were contacted Sunday afternoon and were told the plane could not be found.
