Small fire at seminary hosting pope quickly out

Pope Francis later celebrates Mass to conclude the World Meeting of Families Festival, which he attended Saturday, before flying back to Rome.
Pope John Paul II visited the seminary in 1979. Each victim was also accompanied by a relative or loved one for support.
A short while later, the pope arrived at the Chapel of St. Martin of Tours at about 9 a.m., greeting seminarians as he entered the chapel to applause.
Pope Francis on Sunday spoke strongly against sexual abuse perpetrated by Catholic Church officials, stating that “all responsible will pay”.
Gavin said “There was no need for evacuation and the Holy Father was not in any danger”.
Speaking to US bishops, Francis said sexual abuse can no longer be kept a secret.

“I agree to with the church’s… vigilance to protect minors, and I promise that all responsible will pay”, the pope added.
