Smartphone Lasts For 15 Days On Single Charge
But the big story here is the phone’s ability to stay the course for longer than the 24 hours most modern smartphones can barely muster. Just what has Outkitel done and how can a smartphone have a battery life that long?

Due to its 10,000 mAh battery, named the smartphone as K10000 and a single full charge would last approximately 10 days.
What’s the most frustrating part of owning a smartphone? We can barely get through a day without having to charge our phones, and our efforts to keep them alive often prove fruitless. If we are talking about the Samsung Galaxy S6, then it is nearly four times the battery capacity, as the OUKITEL K10000 comes sporting a massive 10,000 mAh battery. While most of the rest of the specs are in line with the market, the battery on the OUKITEL K10000 is significantly disproportionate. Both of which offer far more battery life than virtually any other smartphone. At least one handset maker has heard the call for improved battery life and is actually doing something about it. Now, surely you won’t be able to stream Netflix movies and other programming for 10 days straight but the new Android-powered K10000 is raising some eyebrows in the tech media.
The 5.5-inch Oukitel K10000, which is made by a Chinese company, has not been independently tested to verify its performance. Inside, the OUKITEL K10000 is equipped with 2GB RAM, 16GB internal storage (expandable) and powered by a 64-bit MediaTek (MTK6735) Quad-core processor (clocking at 1.0 GHz). By comparison, an iPhone 6s camera captures 12-megapixel photos, and the Z5 23. With this kind of a battery, people will definitely won’t need to worry whether their smartphone will get them through the day. You won’t find Marshmallow onboard here, so you’ll have to make do with Android 5.1.

The Oukitel K10000 is priced at $240 (R3,600) on pre-order, and is expected to start shipping in January 2016.
