The first lady launched an account on the social application on Tuesday in advance of a trip for her Let Girls Learn initiative that will take her to Africa and Europe. She roared into her debut today with a black-and-white selfie, followed by a bouncy video of herself in a summery dress with her own geofilter.

She has stops in Liberia, Morocco and Spain. She’ll be joined by Slumdog Millionaire star Freida Pinto and Meryl Streep as part of the effort, and all three will appear in the Snapchat story detailing the experience.
