The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Lebanon and surrounding counties from 2 p.m. Monday to 1 a.m. Tuesday.
In most of northern New Jersey, along with the Lehigh Valley and Berks County in eastern Pennsylvania, the weather service expects “a prolonged period of freezing rain”, as the changeover to all rain will not occur until late tonight. This transition from snow to freezing rain and sleet will continue advance northward through the evening hours.
