Snow, sleet, rain for mid-Atlantic, Northeast
Snow is expected to change to sleet and freezing rain by Monday evening, according to meteorologists with the National Weather Service in State College.

All the rain from Tuesday could ice over Wednesday morning as temperatures inch down to the low 30s, Storm Team 4 says.
Western North Carolina through central Maryland can expect a cocktail of freezing rain and sleet, the National Weather Service said.
Snow will be steady for most of the morning and change over to sleet and freezing rain in the afternoon.
The latest storm won’t bring much in the way of snow for the area’s mountains. At times snow is expected to fall as fast as one-inch per hour.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Hampden, Hampshire and Franklin Counties until 9:00 a.m. and in Berkshire County until 10:00 a.m.
