Sofia Vergara is planning to Wednesday Joe Manganiello on November 22 at Breakers Palm Beach, and she is opening up a bit about her upcoming nuptials. Due to his ridiculously good looks, Vergara knew he would be at the top of many women’s most wanted lists, and that unfortunately was a turnoff for her. Who could blame her?

Vergara replied, “At that point, yes, because I had just broken up with my ex [Nick Loeb]”. “I told him when I met him that he was too handsome, but now I’m very grateful that I did [go] out with him”.
The Modern Family star couldn’t help but gush about her hubby-to-be. “He’s not vain. He’s very serious, very straightforward, very easy”, she tells the magazine.
Though the 38-year-old actor and his 43-year-old fiancee have confirmed they will tie the knot later this year, Joe insists he won’t be sharing any of the details of their wedding plans. She used to watch O’Neill as Al Bundy in Married… with Children when she lived in Colombia.
“I didn’t want to go into the relationship with somebody that I thought it would be so much work”, said Sofia.

Although she admits that she was nervous to go after someone as handsome as Manganiello, everything ended up working out just fine (so far).

Vergara said she’ll stick to a traditional wedding, but the one American tradition that won’t be included in the Columbian native’s wedding ceremony are bridesmaids, according to Entertainment Tonight. “You know what I mean!”
