Apple says if you want one of the sold out models you can order it online, and most iPhone 7 models will be available in-store.

Financial firms BTIG and Credit Suisse on Thursday bumped up their Apple price target, sales and earnings per share figures after USA wireless carriers this week reported strong pre-order sales of the company’s new iPhone 7. The company has been sued, this time for blocking members of its iPhone Upgrade Program from pre-ordering the new iPhone 7.
iPhone 7 will cost the same as iPhone 6s, starting at $649 (US price) and comes in three variants: 32GB, 128GB, and 256GB (16 GB variant no more). iPhone 7 Plus will start at $769. CNET said the smaller iPhone 7 had also sold out in the new jet black color offered by the company. “Availability at partner locations for all finishes may vary and we recommend checking directly with them”, an Apple spokesperson told Mashable.
One customer who declined to be named said, the most attractive parts of the new iPhone are the double lenses and the water-proof funtion.
Mr Clement Teo, principal analyst at market research firm Ovum, said: “Everyone along the supply chain underestimated the demand for the new iPhone, especially the new jet black model”.
When Apple debuted the phones earlier this month, it drew yawns mostly yawns from reviewers. And even with these products around, there is still a slim chance that every consumer is walking out the stores with a new iPhone. Instead of wired headphones Apple will ship the phone with a pair of Lightning EarPods – which connect through the charging port – and wireless Apple AirPods, powered by a W1 chip. Also, the iPhone 7 does not fit into the cases that were designed for the 6 or 6S. This is a special case that will make your iPhone charge from the built-in battery storage.

Apple signaled the shortage last week when it said that it wouldn’t release pre-order sales numbers like it usually does.
