Sonam Kapoor in an exclusive interview with Brides Today had revealed how she would love to have a traditional wedding because it resonated with the kind of person she is. The wedding was preceded by two-day long celebrations that included mehendi and sangeet functions.
The wedding proceedings were closely guarded as even Sonam arrived at the venue in a vehicle with curtains hiding her look from the media. Only families and close friends were in attendance.
This is known that Ranveer Singh and Sonam Kapoor are the cousins from Sunita Kapoor and Ranveer Singh’s father’s side.

After the private wedding, the couple will host a grand reception party at Leela on Tuesday evening.
