Sony unveils 2 updated PlayStations: Pro and slim versions
That is not all, during the presentation Sony also showcased the upcoming Spider Man game, Horizon Zero Dawn, Days Gone, Watch Dogs, For Honor, Call Of Duty Infinite Warfare and many more games that utilized the 4K and HDR capabilities of PlayStation Pro.

The slimmer PS 4 is 30% smaller, 16% lighter and 28% more power efficient, Mr House said, and will go on sale for 299 USA dollars (£224), wiith the Pro at 399 U.S. dollars (£299). Older machines will gain the ability through an online update.
Releasing slimmer, less expensive versions of a console is standard practice at around this point in their life cycle, so it comes as no surprise that the PS4 Slim will soon be joining Microsoft’s recently-released Xbox One S.
“With PlayStation 4 Pro our goal is to deliver innovation in the form of cutting-edge visuals and graphics while in the midst of the PS4’s lifecycle”.
Within the next few years, a similar shift will happen with 4K televisions.
During Sony’s PS4 Pro meeting, they spoke about several studios working on titles that would fully integrate the power of PS4 Pro. It will likely be hardcore gamers who buy the new console. In turn, Sony aims to continue generating lucrative revenue from software sales and paid subscription services, such as PlayStation Plus, which provides access to online-gaming networks, exclusive demos and other perks to more than 20.8 million members.
In what may be the first bloody nose that Sony’s sustained this generation, the PlayStation 4 Pro won’t come with a 4K Blu-ray drive.
Sony has said the games business is set to be its biggest growth driver, helped by strong PS4 console sales, a rise in subscribers to its PlayStation network and the launch of its virtual reality headset. Well, for starters, the PlayStation 4 Pro has a 30 percent faster processor and the onboard GPU is twice as powerful (as we reported back in July).
