For the second consecutive year, the Clemson Tigers (13-0) and Oklahoma Sooners (11-1) are meeting in a bowl game. Greg Huegel’s 26-yard field goal with 3:50 left in the first quarter has cut Oklahoma’s lead to 7-3.

The Tigers (14-0) advance to the championship game January 11, when they’ll face the victor of the Cotton Bowl semifinal between Alabama and Michigan State.

Both the White House and gun safety advocates acknowledge the president has limited powers to combat gun violence on his own. The White House has refused to comment specifically on the scope of the actions or when they will be issued.

Key players for the Oklahoma Sooners are Baker Mayfield and Sterling Shepard. The fake punt came when Clemson faced a fourth-and-4 from the Oklahoma 44. On one run, Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson kept churning for an additional 5 yards while dragging along 291-pound tackle Matthew Romar, who had a handful of the quarterback’s jersey.

Reports of the deaths often come from the NIS, defectors or other sources rather than North Korean state media. North Korea’s road network is badly maintained and few people in the country own cars.

Mayfield, who threw for 311 yards but was picked off twice, wobbled off the field in the closing minutes after taking a shot to the head. Other threats in their balanced attack include running backs Samaje Perine and Joe Mixon, and receiver Sterling Shepard.

Boulware was named the defensive MVP for the game.

He’ll have a week and a half to get ready, and said he’ll get “as much treatment as I need” to be ready for the championship game in Glendale, Arizona.

The Sooners suffered an inexplicable midseason loss to their bitter rival, Texas, while Clemson coasted through its ACC schedule unscathed.

They had plenty to cheer about, even after Lawson went out with a left knee injury in the opening minutes and watched the rest of the game from the bench.

For the second year in a row, the Sooners (11-2) ended their season with a loss to Clemson. Yet Fuller’s performance can be tied more closely to the play of sophomore cornerback Mackensie Alexander, the boldest member of a defense brimming with confidence entering Thursday’s Orange Bowl against Oklahoma.

In the third quarter, the Tigers really began to enforce their will. Zac Brooks had Tigers fans roaring when he ran over Sooners safety Ahmad Thomas on a sweep.

As a team, the Sooners had the 3rd most potent attack in the country, 45.8 points per game, paired with an 18th ranked defense which surrendered 20.8 per contest. Clemson piled up 550 yards in the game.

“We just didn’t tackle”, Striker said.

Deshaun Watson is carrying the Tigers, rushing for 105 yards and throwing for 78 more so far.

“Turnover margin will be huge in this game”, Swinney said. Clemson still leads in yards, 205-183 – but Oklahoma needed something to stop the Tigers’ momentum, and got it. That allowed Oklahoma to retain a 17-16 lead at halftime.

Clemson took the lead with Gallman’s 1-yard run with 10:51 left in the third quarter.

“Most everybody on the team is coming back, so this is the beginning of next year”, senior linebacker Frank Shannon said. OU will travel to Houston to take on the Cougars to open the year and then will host Ohio State two weeks later.
