In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Sophie Turner spoke about season six of Game of Thrones as it relates to her character, Sansa Stark.

Fans have been left disappointed as the cast member has had a number of feeble plotlines so far.
“She added: “[Sansa is] finally getting that storyline that you’ve been craving for the past five seasons.
Thankfully there are a number of things we do know will take place including the return of Bran Stark and Hodor, after their notable absence in season five. She will be commanding the respect she deserves in “Game of Thrones” when Season 6 returns on April 24. The upcoming Season 6 represents uncharted territory for fans of the show and the books alike, since the author still has not finished his sixth and seventh books in the series, leaving fans in the dark about what to expect.

Last season, Sansa returned to Winterfell and married Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon).

Perhaps the unluckiest woman in love, Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner), has suffered a plethora of non-starter storylines throughout Game of Thrones. “I mean this season there’s like so many shocks, it’s massive”, Turner said.
