Souare out for up to 6 months with injuries from vehicle crash
Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew has revealed left-back Pape Souare could be out of action for up to six months following his vehicle crash on the M4 last Sunday.

The Senegal worldwide was airlifted to hospital after being involved in a crash on a motorway last weekend.
“In four, five, six months he should be up and running again”.
Pardew said on Friday, “We have reminded him that his injuries are not as bad as they might have been, we are still not quite sure of some of the muscle injuries due to the trauma he has been under, but we think he looks OK”. They have pinned that with a big rod through that bone.
“He can count himself lucky”.
“We were at deadline day last month and I’m looking at my numbers and thinking I can’t see Jonny getting a game”, said Pardew.
The 26-year-old suffered a broken thighbone in the accident, which occurred on the M4 on September 11 and temporarily threw into doubt the player’s career.
I’m not really clear of the details of the accident. It was such a quick incident. Maybe that was on his mind.
Some of Souare’s Palace team-mates have gone to visit him this week.
“Sullay was the closest out of all the younger players for the first team”. We owe a huge debt to the London Air Ambulance and the terrific surgeons he has had who have pieced him together.
“We would like to make special mention of the London Air Ambulance service who flew Pape directly from the scene to the hospital ensuring that he rapidly had access to the very best medical care”, said Parish. We are thankful to all the services who helped him.
These days the basement of a home has become so much more than just simply a space to store goods.
