Two people were gored on Sunday on the fourth day of the San Fermin festival in northern Spain, where bulls chase red-scarved runners through the streets of Pamplona.

Thousands of revellers have gathered for this year’s San Fermin bull-running festival in Pamplona, Spain.
Slips and falls, however, were constant by bulls and runners, and some participants were stampeded by the 1,300-pound (590-kilogram) animals on the way to the bullring. Revelers from around the world arrive to Pamplona every year to take part in some of the eight days of the running of the bulls.
Navarra Hospital spokesman Dr. Jon Ariceta said first reports showed four people were hospitalized for bruises but none for gorings. Three others suffered trauma-related injuries. Earlier on Saturday, a matador was gored to death during a bull fight.
In the nationally televised runs, thrill-seekers test their speed and bravery by racing with six fighting bulls and accompanying steer along a 930-yard (850-meter) course.
This year hospital registered at least five people who were injured during the San Fermin festival and its running with the bulls.
In all, 15 people have died from gorings at the festival since record-keeping began in 1924.
