A street entertainer from New York, who was wearing a spider man costume to entertain people, got arrested for allegedly hitting on the face of a woman.

According to the report, the entertainer, Phillip Williams, left angry after the lady, Victoria Goreaciuc, failed to pay him for posing for a photo with her children.
After this incident, she with her children continued her shopping but she returned an hour later to confront Spidey over his outburst and threw snow at him.
Williams became much angry on her behavior and as reply he punched on her face.
Police arrested him in a nearby car-park with his shirt and mask off, but he still had his red and blue tights on.
Later by court, he ordered to pay $250 as fine or serve seven days in prison.
