Spirit Airlines passengers fight over loud music

Provoking people who don’t like your choice of music could cause even more trouble, and that’s exactly what happened.

Spirit Airlines Flight 141 was headed to Los Angeles International Airport from Baltimore, Maryland, Wednesday morning when the fight broke out prior to landing, an airline spokesman said.

“Then to provoke the other customer they were holding up their boom box in the air, waving it around”, Berry told the Los Angeles Times.

That’s when another group of fliers approached the two women and a fight erupted.

It began when two drunk women began blasting music.

The five women involved in the fight were pulled off the plane, but none were arrested.

Cellphone video shows a group of women fighting aboard a Spirit Airlines flight. When another flier asked the women to turn down the music, the boom box owners instead turned up the volume and taunted passengers. One flails at a woman’s face and the other pulls a passenger’s hair.

Airport police spoke with all five women for about an hour, and then released them, according to Spirit.

The FBI told ABC News today that its personnel were asked to respond and met the flight at the gate when it arrived in Los Angeles. The FBI investigated and no one was charged.
