Sprint says join us and we’ll cut your bill 50%
The carrier says that with this promotion you save big when you switch over to Sprint, it celebrates its network expansion and speed increases with this promotion, though it merits mentioning here that this is limited to most plans and not all plans. “Customers switching to Sprint will never need to look elsewhere”, he insists.

Other elements of Sprint’s promotion include a 28-day return period if they don’t like the service and won’t trigger a restocking fee on the device they return.
The deal ends in January 2018 for people who switch between this Friday and January 7, 2016.
The announcement has been made, and we’re not sure how mad the other carriers are going to be.
Wednesday’s announcement was widely expected.
To promote the news, the carrier set up a dedicated website with a countdown clock, created the hashtag #SprintCountdown, and Claure tweeted hints about the news several times over the past week.
Sprint also is offering a free tablet and one year of wireless service for the tablet for customers to sign a two-year deal. The top four U.S. wireless players are Verizon, AT&T (T), T-Mobile (TMUS), and Sprint (S). It’s perhaps worth noting that after that promotion, even Sprint’s CFO admitted the offer would save users 20% off their previous bills at best, since to get the deal users will have to lease a new phone or pay installments on the full cost of a new phone.

Both companies are trying to steal market share from Verizon (VZ, Tech30) and AT&T (T, Tech30), which have better overall network performance.
