STAGE TUBE: Broadway’s SCHOOL OF ROCK Unveils Interactive 360 Degree Music Video!

The 360° video will accompany a new single of “You’re in the Band” produced by Lloyd Webber and music producer, Rob Cavallo. “It could open a lot of doors”, Andrew Lloyd Webber said in a statement. Like a Broadway show, where the audiences’ gaze can focus on anything onstage, the video for the musical’s “You’re in the Band” allows users to fully navigate the classroom where the School of Rock group is assembled.

“The whole thing about it is it’s happening all around you, all in one go”.

Lloyd Webber said the video was shot in one take. The goal with this video was to create a fun way to be more engaged with the content and give you an experience closer to that of the stage production. For the best viewing experience, watch on your phone or tablet (iOS or ANDROID version 8+) using the latest version of the YOUTUBE App. You may also watch on desktop using the latest version of CHROME, FIREFOX or OPERA.

The musical is based on the film of the same name and is directed by Laurence Connor.
