With just days – DAYS! – to go until the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, a brand new motion poster has been unveiled for the movie which puts the spotlight on the villainous Kylo Ren.
At the iconic TCL Chinese Theatre where the first “Star Wars” premiered in 1977, fans are already camped out, eagerly awaiting their turn when the film opens for regular folks next Friday.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens doesn’t hit theaters until December 18, but hundreds of fans have already been lining up outside the TCL Chinese Theater in Hollywood since December 5.
Two Star Wars fans hope the Force will be with them when they tie the knot on the forecourt of the famous cinema, just before they watch the new film.
Jesse Brown, who is from outside Vancouver and has been living in Los Angeles for 14 years, has spent 12 days in line. While we can’t speak for the other “stars” of Star Wars (ha ha!), it appears that Harrison Ford probably wouldn’t mind mingling with such riff-raff, at least according to BuzzFeed. “Because we love the same thing, we can communicate on the same level”.
Some fans even wore “Star Wars” costumes, such as the Stormtroopers’ suit. That’s when the embargo lifts on The Force Awakens reviews, so social media and all your favorite sites will be posting their reaction to the movie.
Amid rumours that a key character from the original 1977-83 trilogy may die in the latest film, Ridley said: “What I found really lovely is that I get to do all the fun stuff – run around the desert and fight baddies – but her story is really emotional”.

“There is something absolutely visceral in many people’s lives that attaches them to these films”, he said.
