EA and DICE have released a new patch for the Star Wars: Battlefront game that should please traditionalists.

As far as the details for the new map and mission go, “Twilight” is set on Hoth, and can be experienced in the Walker Assault, Supremacy, Turning Point, Fighting Squadron, Drop Zone, and Heroes vs. Villains game modes, while “Survival in the Ice Caves” has been added to Survival Missions.

There are also two big new additions.

You can check them all out on EA’s Star Wars: Battlefront page (via Polygon).

Starting on Tuesday February 23rd, 2016, the update patch will be rolling out for all owners of Star Wars Battlefront.

The February Update for DICE’s and Electronic Arts’ sci-fi shooter, Star Wars Battlefront, is out now and it adds a brand new map and mission to the game.

Next up is Bespin, offering an action-packed experience in Cloud City, while the eagerly-anticipated Death Star DLC arrives in the autumn.

The title was well received but it has since lost a lot of players, which means both updates and DLC are required to make sure that a solid community continues to exist around it.
