“Star Wars” fans were out in full force awaiting the premiere of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” on Thursday.

“It’s just fun. There’s no where else you’ll meet a group of people you’ve never met before in your life, and 30 minutes later we don’t have to explain anything to each other – we already get each others jokes and all our one-liners”, said Cappelen. The movie surpassed $100 million in advanced ticket sales and it is breaking ticket numbers online.
James Kelly, dressed up as in his Star Wars best said, “Twenty years of waiting”.
Shannon Wooward, left, stands with her son Loxley next to fan favourite droid BB-8 at the Star Wars opening weekend at Chinook Cineplex in Calgary on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015.
Ian Fraser – from Perth – tweeted at the playhouse at 1:40am, saying: “Dear Perth Playhouse, I suggest you fix the movie quickly or else you might have a riot on your hands”.
“I just got mine off of a website which I just bought, and I wore it for Halloween actually”.
Well, that is if they went to sleep much at all.
“I’m part of the extended universe, so I’ve read a lot of the books, and as soon as Disney announced that the extended universe is null and void, only the movies matter, as a Star Wars fan it kind of upset me”. “I did not need a refresher”.
They’re here to see the latest in the saga – a new plot with nostalgic ties. As the video concluded and the lights returned to their initial luminosity, a staff member of the exhibit laboriously pulled the painted-to-look-metallic cargo bay door aside, and urged me to walk through and discover the rest of the exhibit.
“Carrie Fisher, you know, Harrison Ford”, Kieffert said.

“I saw “Return of the Jedi” three times a day for three weeks straight. Sears was exciting afterwards where I got my first Gonk robot action figure”. More importantly, Brady says Star Wars is multi-generational and the exhibit is as much an educational experience as it is an entertainment experience.
