‘Star Wars’ Holds World Premiere in LA

The original Star Wars began its theatrical run in a mere 30 cinemas in the US.

Every Thursday in Manhattan, Star Wars fans get to sweat it out in character, practicing moves similar to those seen in the films, though not quite at a professional level.

Los Angeles Police say extra vehicle patrols and more officers on foot are being assigned to the area.
