Star Wars Puts Ridley And Boyega In The Big Time

I don’t read science fiction, of which this may, for all I know, be a prime example; some light years ago I did read Flash Gordon, of which Star Wars is in most respects the equal. When J.J. broke it to me that I had the part, my main feeling was one of relief and knowing I was going to sleep well that night.

It also makes you wonder what a Star Wars with John Wayne might’ve been like.

Whatever I say will not describe the awesome visual storytelling that “The Force Awakens” is.

They were followed by droids R2-D2 and C-3PO, who ambled down taking in the scenery, and the newest droid BB-8, who got a cheer from fans as it rolled down the red carpet.
