Star Wars Rebels Season 3 “Mind Trick” Preview
There’s a persistent fan-theory that the character of Supreme Leader Snoke from Star Wars: The Force Awakens will actually turn out to be Ezra, which means he would obviously have had to turn to the dark side at some point.

The light side of the Force took a big hit during the second season finale of Star Wars Rebels.
The crew may be facing a calculating opponent in Grand Admiral Thrawn; however, Ezra is as strong as ever with the Force. Based on the trailer of “Star Wars Rebels” season 3, Ezra and his army are astounded when the villain shows up. And while Darth Vader may not be so visible this time out (ditto for Ahsoka), Season 3 will more than make up for it with the introduction of Lars Mikkelsen (Rogue One star Mads’ brother) as Grand Admiral Thrawn, who returns to Star Wars canon after Disney’s acquisition of the franchise. It is believed that the Bendu will be featured in the first episode of the show. We’ll also see the return of Katee Sackhoff, best known for playing Starback in Battlestar Galactica, appeared at Oz Comic Con in Sydney, Australia and confirmed that she would be reprising her role as Bo-Katan from Star Wars: The Clone Wars on Star Wars Rebels. No word on exactly how she’ll fit into the narrative of Season 3, but it’s apparently just a guest spot, and her role has already been recorded. Allegedly, the task being referred to is killing Obi-Wan, whom he didn’t kill even if had the chance to, on “Star Wars: Clone Wars”.
