Star Wars: The Force Awakens gets it MPAA rating

The focus of this trailer seems to be split between Ren and one of the movie’s new heroes, Oscar Isaac’s X-Wing pilot Poe Dameron, whose confrontation with the masked villain gets a few more seconds of screentime.

This week’s new Empire Magazine (via StarWarsNewsNet) is a treasure trove of Star Wars: The Force Awakens information.

The apparently endless trailers for the seventh Star Wars film are not pleasing all fans though. “Have you felt it?” asks Snoke, voiced by Andy Serkis, portentously.

Disney has released yet another teaser trailer for the highly anticipated Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and this one is all about the bad guys. “You’re good in Attack The Block, I love that movie, we’re going to get you in something'”. The minute-long clip is the longest teaser since the worldwide trailer, and offers new looks at Kylo Ren and his crossgaurd lightsaber.

“Even you have never faced such a test. And it’s time”, he continued. Harrison Ford reprised his role as Han Solo.

Let us know if you are buying from Walmart, or if you have seen a cheaper price for both characters elsewhere.

The film is a continuation of the saga created by George Lucas and is set 30 years after Star Wars: Episode VI – Return Of The Jedi. The darker film featured more mature themes and violent imagery and news of The Force Awakens similar rating means it will follow in the same vein.

“Star Wars: The Force Awakens” will be released in some theaters on December 16 in France, December 17 in the United Kingdom, and December 18 in the United States. With lots of anticipation surrounding the December 2015 release, the cast and crew have worked hard to keep the movie, directed by J. J. Abrams, shrouded in mystery.
