Starbucks Just Released Its First New Fall Latte In 4 Years

There’s a new drink in town.

Toasted Graham Latte is artfully crafted with the flavors of graham and sweet cream, combined with steamed milk and our signature espresso, and finished with a sprinkling of cinnamon graham crumbles.

Starbucks has released its first fall drink in four years. She drew on an offering found in many Italian gelato shops – Fior di Latte, or the “flower of milk” – and coupled that sweet vanilla creme with the toasty flavor of graham cracker.

The latte isn’t the only new item that Starbucks will debut today – to celebrate the start of fall, cups with colorful illustrations of leaves and pinecones are also rolling out nationwide.

The new beverage is fun and frothy without the intense sweetness of Pumpkin Spice. The latter is what the Starbucks espresso team was going for when they created the drink recipe by soaking honey graham crackers in milk.

Just because it doesn’t taste super sweet, doesn’t mean it doesn’t contain quite a bit of sugar, though.

Each drink has 300 calories-not too bad when compared with a PSL with full-cream milk and whip, which clocks in at 410 calories. Nevertheless, it’s probably still a good idea to hit the gym after indulging, or at least to take a nice long walk on a crisp autumn afternoon. Luckily for you, we don’t mind being the guinea pigs, so we tried it out.

The TGL will be available through the end of October or until supplies last. Better get a move on.
