State Dept. due to release latest batch of Clinton emails
Slaughter replied that a better approach might be for Clinton to more quietly press the case through lawmakers.

Since then, the State Department has indicated through Freedom of Information Act releases of Clinton’s emails that dozens of messages that passed through her private server were later deemed classified.
Abedin responds from her [email protected] account the next morning (June 27): “i had no idea about no comms … of course… we need secure… makes total sense”. They start on January 10, 2009, with Clinton using the older email account.
Clinton’s use of a private email server has dogged her on the campaign trail, dragging her poll numbers down in both the primary and general election. In order to prosecute someone for mishandling classified information, the Justice Department needs to show a defendant knowingly violated the law – they knew the information was classified but went on to send it anyway.
In July, State Department officials installed a safe at the office of attorney David Kendall after the government determined a few of Clinton’s emails may have contained classified information. A quarter has been made public so far.
Many state leaders and rank-and-file members are planning to protest the NEA’s early endorsement, which is expected this week – with many claiming the public backing is meant to bolster Clinton’s troubled campaign and does not represent the sentiment of the union’s majority. But we can look back to past recent endorsements for a bit of instruction.
These steps are unlikely to satisfy Clinton’s Republican critics.
Clinton apologized for the email arrangement this month, saying it was allowed but unwise.
And the Senate Judiciary Committee’s GOP chairman said he wants the Justice Department to tell him if a criminal investigation is underway into Clinton’s use of private email amid reports this week that the FBI recovered deleted emails from her server. Following the lead of Obama on the matter, she also advocates for a better control over guns registration, and the ban of assault weapons.
Clinton said, “As Secretary of State, I will continue to position Alabama and the South as a place where Presidential candidates are willing to make an effort to visit and meet our outstanding citizens”, said Secretary of State John Merrill.
“Who made the decision that State will not use the terms “mother and father” and instead substitute “parent one and two“?” “He really listened to me and his advice really helped me in my transition”, she said. For Clinton, the central issue is to finally impose herself as the only possible and legitimate Democratic candidate while contending with the endless email crisis, Benghazi scandal and Joe Biden’s probable candidacy. Well, guess what? She had an interview with Lena Dunham on the LennyLetter.com website. But these messages show hackers had Clinton’s email address, which was not public, and sent her a fake traffic ticket from New York state, where she lives. Furthermore, his support for issues that educators are most concerned with is clear: collective bargaining, tuition-free college, and opposition to charter schools.

Perhaps the biggest flaw in the “Hillary is collapsing” storyline is the complete underestimation of her strength beyond Iowa and New Hampshire, in more ethnically diverse states.
