For anyone that’s been sucked into the story of Steven Avery through the Making A Murderer documentary, there’s been one question that’s been plaguing the “Steven Avery’s Innocent” camp: ‘Well, if Steven didn’t do it, who did?’
In a letter obtained by ABC affiliate WISN in Milwaukee, Avery addresses Stachowski and the condemning comments she made while appearing on Nancy Grace last week. “How much money Jodi get to talk bad!” he writes in the note.
Friedman also asked Kratz if he’d gained any admirers since the show aired, to which he said no.
Two different internet investigators have turned up possible theories about Teresa Halbach’s murder that throw Avery’s guilty verdict into even more doubt.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Avery’s lawyer Jerry Buting said: “Dean [Strang] and I worked on that case for 14 months before that trial”. Steven Avery’s parents, however, have remained largely quiet.
But in 2005, just weeks after depositions of local cops who were associated with the case and subsequent lawsuit took place, Avery was, again, arrested – but this time on an entirely different charge: murder.
He points to the photo of Teresa Halbach’s auto key which was found in Mr Avery’s bedroom. The first, handwritten by Avery, said he would grant Perry an interview if Fox agreed to investigate Hermann, the sheriff of the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Department that, according to many fans of Making a Murderer, framed Avery for Theresa Haibach’s murder.
“Steven’s one person I don’t trust”.
A Wisconsin assistant attorney general is asking a judge to deny Steven Avery’s motion to be released on bond.
Avery and his new legal team are still working on proving his innocence.
The state responded by saying Avery was a flight risk and shouldn’t be released from custody. The Netflix hit series stirred numerous controversies after it was stated that the filmmakers left out important facts making the series seem biased in pointing out the failed justice system in the United States.
Other notable moments from the Twitter Q&A include why Teresa’s creepy interactions with Avery were not addressed in the series …

The show follows the journey of Avery and his nephew, Brendan, as they are both prosecuted with the murder of Halbach.
