State police nab 1 of 6 on most wanted sex offenders list
State police have arrested a second fugitive sex offender recently added to their “most wanted” list.

Mass. State Police say Scott Halle, 45, was arrested in Chelsea, following tips provided by the public to law enforcement.
A 60-year-old man, convicted more than two decades ago of raping a child in Haverhill, is in custody after failing to register as a sex offender. The television station reports that Halle was is being held at a State Police barracks in Boston.
One of the men was convicted of indecent assault and battery and open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior whose victims were two joggers and a woman pushing a baby stroller. He is scheduled to appear in Boston court Monday morning.
Police are still searching for five fugitives who were added to the list on Friday. He failed to register as a sex offender which was required following a sexual assault case.

State Police ask anyone with information on the fugitives to call the State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section at 1-800-KAPTURE (1-800-527-8873).
