Steam Discounts 175 Virtual Reality Titles This Weekend
Steam often holds mega-sales on games, though this is the first time it’s focused exclusively on the VR crowd. Valve has just launched its VR Weekend Sale, providing solid discounts on some of the most popular titles in the SteamVR library, including a few Oculus Rift games.

In all, 175 VR-compatible titles are on sale across Steam’s store this weekend.
Many VR-compatible games are also available as part of Steam’s VR Weekend Sale Bundle.
Featured HTC Vive and Oculus Rift games see discounts ranging from 10 to 50 percent off of their regularly advertised Steam prices throughout this coming weekend.

While the sound of VR Weekend Sale may be music to the ears of Oculus Rift and HTC Vive owners, CNET pointed out that they should be aware that the quality of the VR games being discounted is not that great. Most of the heavy discounts are applied to games that have VR support, however, but aren’t VR-only. Valve is offering this bundle for $251.42, or 32 percent off. It also includes BLARP!, House of the Dying Sun, The Brookhaven Experiment, The Solus Project, SoundStage, Universe Sandbox 2, Fantastic Contraption, Gunjack, Inbound, and theBlu, so you’re getting a ton of games for the money. The sale wraps up August 1 at 10am PT, so you better start spending sooner than later.
