Stephanie Corneliussen Joins DC’s Legends of Tomorrow
Having seen the future, one he will desperately try to prevent from happening, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter is tasked with assembling a disparate group of both heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat – one in which not only is the planet at stake, but all of time itself.

“In other news, four DC super villains are rumored to join “Legends of Tomorrow” TV series and these are Scandal Savage, Hath-Set, Shadow Thief and the Spider”, Yibada wrote last month.
TVLine broke the news that Corneliussen will play Valentina Vostok, otherwise known as Negative Woman from the second version of the Doom Patrol.
A gifted and handsome Soviet physicist who will stop at nothing to defend her precious “Motherland”. Vostok, being a suspected partner in crime with the show’s big villain Vandal Savage (Casper Crump), the story arc will find The Atom (Brandon Routh) and Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) battling for her affections to figure out where her true loyalties lie.
In the comics, Valentina was a lieutenant colonel in the Soviet Air Force who stole an experimental Russian Fighter Plane in an attempt to escape to the US. The plane crashes, however, on the site where the original Doom Patrol perished (including Negative Man), giving her his powers – and eventually the moniker of Negative Woman. It doesnt sound like Valentina will have any unique abilities on Legends of Tomorrow, though maybe an accident involving that mysterious weapon will somehow alter her physical state.

“The CW spinoff has tapped Stephanie Corneliussen – who emerged as a fan favorite during the USA Network drama’s rookie summer season – to play icy DC Comics villainess character Valentina Vostok for multiple episodes, TVLine has learned exclusively”.
