“Sounds like a big PUBLICITY STUNT to get everyone talking about Miss Universe, when normally (let’s be honest, now!) NO ONE would be talking about Miss Universe”.

“I did not take the crown from her”, Wurtzbach said.
She said that the remaining contestants who were standing on the sideline on stage actually saw on the teleprompter that it was Miss Philippines Pia Wurtzbach who won the competition. “I was very happy for Miss Colombia, because she really deserved it”, Sarah-Lorraine shared in the clip.
Not everyone is happy about the Philippines’ Pia Wurtzbach’s Miss Universe win.
It could have been two Miss Universe titles in a row for Colombia but soon after Guiterrez took her first walk as the victor, the host admitted to have made a mistake in announcing the winners. Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez was incorrectly named Miss Universe.
Meanwhile, Miss Universe pageant’s former owner Donald Trump said he would like to make Miss Philippines and Miss Colombia a co-winner of the crown.
Here’s what Steve Harvey had to say on Twitter: “I want to apologize emphatically to Miss Philippines and Miss Colombia”.
“It is my mistake”, he said.
Miss Colombia, left, has been gracious in defeat.
Harvey says he hasn’t spoken with Miss Colombia.
Speaking to cameras in an interview posted on the Miss Universe Facebook page, she said she believes “everything happens for a reason”, “I’m so happy, thank you for voting for me”.

The nearly unbelievable ending to the pageant was televised live in many countries, including on the Fox network in the United States on Sunday night. He sold it after NBCUniversal declined to air the program after he made controversial remarks regarding immigrants from Mexico. For the first time, viewers at home weighed in, with their votes being tallied in addition to four in-person celebrity judges.
