Steve Harvey supports Colin Kaepernick’s national anthem protest

Fresh off of a season that took merciless aim at the absurdity of social justice warriors and overly politically correct culture, South Park returns on Wednesday for its 20th season by diving head-first into another controversy – the Colin Kaepernick-inspired protest demonstrations during the National Anthem. Baltimore Orioles outfielder Adams Jones offered his reason for the lack of support.

“We already have two strikes against us already, so you might as well not kick yourself out of the game…” You are to prepare for the game and be ready to play in case of. It is true that the issue at hand is bigger than NFL football, but that does not mean you have to disrespect our country in front of millions of people.

On Sunday, which was the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, players for the Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs, and Seattle Seahawks engaged in various acts of protest. In baseball, they don’t need us. Meanwhile, Alex Boone, one of Kaepernick’s former teammates, ripped him saying: “I understand it”. They also say the protests show a lack of respect for our country, the men and women in our armed forces, and the police. African-Americans make up eight percent of Major League Baseball rosters. They say the protests have no place at a sporting event.

“Undisputed” moderator Joy Taylor reminded viewers that we’re dealing with real people who happen to be athletes. “But when people that are not of color speak up, it’s their right”, Jones said. Indians have fought for this right.

While some 70 percent of respondents who identified as white said they disagreed with Kaepernick, that number dropped to 40 percent of respondents who identified as a racial minority. Japanese have fought this for this right. Kaepernick doesn’t have to live in the United States if he feels so disgraced by our country for its recent actions.

TMZ found some recent concert footage of Kid Rock from this past weekend performing his song “Born Free” where, at one point, he chose to stop singing and just say “f*ck Colin Kaepernick” into the microphone (about 50 seconds into the above video), to a chorus of trash cheers.
