Steve Harvey to interview Pia Wurtzbach and Miss Colombia on his show
Miss Universe host Steve Harvey mistakenly announced Miss Colombia as the victor of the pageant before correcting himself.

“The reason why I didn’t do any interviews was because I wanted to talk to the women first”, said Harvey in a promo clip.
Sadly, Steve, 58, also mentioned his family received death threats after his infamous flub, so now he’s totally afraid to let his children go out in public.
Looking back on how he handled the situation, however, Harvey says that he doesn’t have any regrets about walking back out on that stage, despite the embarrassment. “Steve was there throughout all the rehearsals”, she says immediately, shooting down theories that Harvey’s flub was due to a lack of preparation.
Miss Colombia and Steve Harvey face off can be expected soon.
But the decision as to who will host the next Miss Universe pageant may be determined by the Miss Universe Organization, not Harvey or Fox.
Steve Harvey is talking about his big mistake on the Miss Universe telecast in episodes Monday and Tuesday of his nationally syndicated show.
In Monday’s episode, Wurtzbach tells Harvey that she forgives him for initially not crowning her the victor. She kept telling me, ‘Steve, keep your head up. “The first runner-up is Colombia”. Please don’t hold it against the ladies.
“Pia! Pia! Let me tell you something”.

The #ConfidentlyBeautiful campaign was started by last year’s Miss Universe, Paulina Vega, and has inspired countless women to brazenly post happy pictures of themselves without make-up for the rest of the world to see.
