“To those listening, please, don’t stay home in November”, Cruz said.
But during Wednesday night’s convention speech, Cruz only congratulated Trump and told delegates to vote their conscience.
These are not exactly ringing endorsements, and they come from two people it’s hard to fairly characterize as facial recognition experts.
He complimented Heidi Cruz on Friday even as he continued to attack her husband. “This was a magazine that, in many respects, should be well-respected”, Trump said.
“Duck Dynasty” star Phil Robertson told Cruz to get behind Trump during an appearance on “Fox & Friends” Thursday morning. He left former presidential candidate and House Speaker Newt Gingrich, following a few rungs later in the lineup, with the cleanup.
Palin wasn’t the only one who said Cruz had destroyed his political career with the speech. “If they’d have just sat there and let that happen-there’s damage done to the Trump campaign and to Cruz”.
