Stevie Nicks, The Pretenders to perform at Bridgestone Arena in November

Grab your shawls and practice your twirling because rock goddess Stevie Nicks just announced via Facebook a headlining tour (sadly without Fleetwood Mac) and she will be making a stop at The Palace on November 27. The Houston stop is the third on the tour, which begins October 25 in Phoenix.

With a 14-month, 122-date Fleetwood Mac tour overlapping her 2014 release of “24 Karat Gold: Songs from the Vault”, this tour will be Nicks’ first opportunity to take to the stage in support of her own solo material.

As a solo artist and as a Fleetwood Mac band member, Nicks has sold more than 140 million albums and won several Grammys.

Earlier this year, Michael Eavis revealed Fleetwood Mac haven’t headlined Glastonbury yet because he thinks they are too expensive. American Express Card Members can purchase tickets before the general public beginning at 10 a.m. September 7. And for fans of the Pretenders, it’ll mean hearing hits like Back on the Chain Gang, Brass In Pocket and My City Was Gone. Tickets go on sale for everyone on Monday, Sept. 12 at Livenation.com.
