Samsung Malaysia is urging Galaxy Note 7 users to power down their devices and exchange them for new units under its replacement program as soon as possible.

Customers still in possession of a Note 7 in the United Kingdom are strongly advised to contact their networks or the original point of purchase. Samsung said it had confirmed 35 cases of the Galaxy Note 7 catching fire as of September 1, majority occurring while the battery was being charged.
