The actor is being accused of roughing up a woman at the Ritz Carlton hotel, with guests allegedly in earshot of the commotion. So, who’s the one facing these accusations?

Fellow visitors claimed to hear a woman screaming for help in the hallway and the 29-year-old New Orleans native is now banned from The Ritz, according to TMZ.
The incident went down in the wee hours of Monday morning.
A report from the Source said the woman involved in the altercation with Mitchell had attempted to gain access to a private party at the hotel and was denied. The police spoke to the actor at the scene, but he was not placed under arrest.

According to the police report obtained by website, the woman told police Mitchell grabbed her arms, threw her to the ground by her hair, called her a bitch and then fled. It’s unclear if Jason was actually staying at the hotel, or if he was just there for the party.
It looked like Mitchell was having a good time in Boston. He also received rave reviews for his potrayal of Eazy- E in the biopic about the 80’s rap group “NWA”.
