Stranger Things Creators Promise “Justice For Barb” in Season Two

Purser’s character as Barb also gave birth to another hashtag #WeAreAllBarb since the very beginning of the show.

Okay, so apparently some people on the show-like Barb’s parents, for example-do care that she’s gone.

“I can’t see it happening,”said Duffer”.

But showrunners Matt and Ross Duffer haven’t forgotten about Barb. This will involve getting justice for Barb in Season 2. That stuff is all happening.

Sarandos said, “We always want to take some time to be thoughtful about the process…” Quite the opposite, in fact. They also noted that the time frame of the first season-just six or seven days-didn’t leave them much time to dig into her disappearance.

The Duffer brothers assured their fans that Season 2 will explore the repercussions of everything that happened in Season 1, added an article in Variety.

If like us, you loved Stranger Things, the flagship series this summer a hit right now on Netflix, you are probably fell under the spell of Gaten Matarazzo, aka Dustin, one of the main characters in the series. Granted, Matthew Modine has said that work is underway, there hasn’t been any kind of official confirmation forthcoming from the streaming giant. That means there’s plenty of room for fallout in season 2, once Netflix actually greenlights it. From Eleven’s super powers to Nancy’s confidence in all things beer, we can think of so many more instances where women were front and centre in this show. She only appeared alive on two episodes and as a half devoured corpse on the penultimate episode.

It’s clear, then, that Barb is gone for good. Or is justice better late than never?

While a second season for Stranger Things hasn’t yet been officially announced, the show’s creators, known as the Duffer Brothers, have been offering their thoughts on what we could see in a potential (practically inevitable) season two. Namely, Barb and Brenner. At the same time, Nancy has so much more on her plate to deal with than just who she should be dating when the show ends, even if it may not seem like it. “So yes, there’s a possibility of seeing him again”.
