‘Stranger Things’: Everything We Want From A Second Season
After the success of the original Netflix series “Stranger Things”, many are anticipating the return of the show on the streaming website.

The first season of “Stranger Things” caught the attention of Netflix subscribers due to its exhilarating plot where a single mother named Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder) became frantic when her 12-year-old son Will (Noah Schnapp) suddenly disappeared without a trace.
Separately, another data from TickerTags, which tracks social media sites to identify trends, shows that Stranger Things is the new fan favorite, as the social media is buzzing about the new sci-fi thriller TV series, which is based on a small town in IN in 1983. For The Duffer Brother’s to have succeeded in creating a creditable pastiche of eighties storytelling, they first needed to understand the broader contexts which informed those stories, and to understand those contexts is to recognize how fundamentally the philosophy of American conservatism influenced the dramatic sensibilities of 1980s storytellers.
So how did you come to find S U R V I V E?
IGN: You could have a comic book of the year in between. So let’s jump into all the clues, shall we? All we know about Will at this point is that he saw what looked like a monster from a nearby lab right before vanishing into thin air. He said, “It’s also just exciting having these initial conversations about it because the jump allows us to say “what happened in that year?”
The sci-fi series Stranger Things has nearly instantly become a cultural phenomenon since it was released to Netflix on July 15, but it’s the supporting character of Barb that has truly taken the internet by storm.
He added: “There was a week where we were like, ‘This isn’t going to work because people don’t get it'”. “Try to tell the story to its end, and then move on to something else”, Ross told The Hollywood Reporter.
“We believe this highlights the power of scale in online distribution and the overall value of Netflix’s model”, the analyst noted. Furthermore, he seems to be able to go in and out of the normal world to the Upside Down. This much is clear in Spielberg’s ET, Stranger Things’ most obvious inspiration, where the capital “G” Government plays a decidedly nefarious role. We talked to the guys like, “What would music for Eleven sound like?”
Is Eleven dead? Did she just get stuck in the upside down world? Is is possible she transported to an entirely new dimension never before seen? There is no buzzword to describe the kids of Stranger Things, Little Men, or Sing Street.

While Winona is the star attraction here, Stranger Things rides on the brilliant performances of the four child actors. To quote Ross Duffer, he says, “What did James Cameron say?”
