As far as the extended beta is concerned, there are no confirmations yet as to the length of extension players will get for the “Street Fighter V” beta, GameSpot reported. Capcom has already promised that there will be multiple beta runs coming, so those who may not have the chance to really enjoy the first run will still have something to look forward to.
In a post on Capcom-Unity, the publisher is remorseful for users not being able to access the beta due to connectivity issues over the weekend. “We will be postponing our first beta phase until we believe the experience is going to be a positive one for players”.
Capcom also stated that there will be “at least three full beta tests prior to the game’s launch”, with this failed attempt not counting towards that. We understand how frustrating it is to be so close to playing the game you are excited for, and to not have it working. And personally, while the beta being in this state is sort of sad, I’d rather issues like these get detected and caught out now, rather than after the game launches- after all, that is the point of a beta.
Capcom has been taking the test in stride and has reacted as it should, apologizing for the inconvenience of your “on the house” experience and promising to extend the beta beyond its normal window. When Capcom feels confident that the next beta will be a good experience for players. “Thank you so much for your continued support, and we promise that we will have a better experience for you with the future betas”.
Having their own characters, players can play anytime they want requiring a new update.
