Strictly Come Dancing: Did Jay McGuiness drop Aliona Vilani on objective?

Strictly Come Dancing judge Darcey Bussell described Kellie Bright and Kevin Clifton’s final dance as “heaven”, so it’s no surprise that the pair topped the night’s leaderboard.

Georgia May Foote may be dating Coronation Street hunk Sean Ward.

She said on Wednesday: “I honestly better get well for Saturday #whynow”.

This was for the semi-final of hit BBC show, Strictly Come Dancing.

The Wanted boy band star wowed judges on Saturday night’s show, performing the Viennese Waltz and Charleston.

There’s just five contestants left in the competition and after being in the dance-off last week, Georgia May Foote is coming back fighting by dancing a cha cha cha to Gloria Gaynor’s I Will Survive in the semi-finals.

He previously said: “After ten years of Strictly they’re scraping the barrel for who they can get to do it. People are going, U’mm, I don’t Think anyone fancies that”.

The second routine, a Viennese waltz to Runaway by The Corrs, greatly impressed the panel. Jay and his partner did a great a great job of convincing the judges that a fluffed lift at the end of their dance had gone exactly as planned, despite Jay appearing to drop Alioni.

Unfortunately for the Glad You Came hitmaker, Georgia is so loved-up with her handsome beau she’s previously said he’s “the love of her life”.

Rani told presenters Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman that her Strictly experience had been “amazing”.

The next routine, a salsa to Feel This Moment by Pitbull featuring Christina Aguilera, scored exactly the same points as her foxtrot.

Things did not go quite so well for Katie Derham and her dance partner Anton du Beke, who found themselves at the bottom of the group of dancers, sadly despite throwing their everything into the Charleston and Waltz.
